Intel To Launch Core i3 ULV Processors Before The End Of This Quarter

According to Stephen Smith, Vice President and Director of PC Client operations at Intel “The new processors will reach laptops in the second half of the year.” These ultra-low voltage CPUs are used by manufacturers in ultra-thin laptops.Rumors also suggest that these processors will feature the Intel HyperThreading technology. These chips will offer a better performance than the Intel Atom processors. The Core i3 and Core i5 processors have a graphics core and a processing core integrated into a single chip. This helps in reducing the power consumption while improving the graphics performance of the notebooks.
Intel had launched the Core i3 and Core i5 series of processors for Desktops and Notebooks at the beginning of this year.
