And It Will Always Be Like That...

Life - Teaching A New Lesson Every Moment

Great employees are so valuable and irreplaceable that you don't want to lose them.
As A HR Professional I have learned it.
But what, if someone offers your performers a better offer than you have ???
Then you have a choice: Either beat the offer or, if you can't, then wish them the best.

The idea that someone will remain at a company for long term is just like a old tale of kings and queens. So if you are truly dedicated to your employees then accept that they'll leave some day.
I never wanted my team mates to leave but I feel proud when they leave for better offers.
Considering myself as an entrepreneur, I have always wished to to create an environment where employees will openly tell me about serious job offers.
I wish, the first thing I could say is, "Congratulations!"

Besides, I hope, no one would want a company packed with people striving to perform even better than the best they are doing with you.

Life-Teaching A New Lesson Every Moment

To be successful in life, there must be a constant desire for improvement. Don’t be satisfied with yourself ever. Believe me,  it does not have to be difficult. Try to make it part of your personality, always wanting to be better!

Life - Teaching A New Lesson Every Moment

"The greatest of trees began as a seed. Every achievement starts with a dream. Even though an idea is at first small, it is not insignificant. What life has taught me is...the smallest things in life are the ones that count the most...and...success only needs a regular and steady focus....no matter how simple the start up was.."

Life-Teaching a New Lesson Every Moment

Working in the corporate, I have learned a lot of things but the most important lesson that has ever helped me to sustain in this corporate world is the saying of my Maa - "There is always an opportunity, no matter in which situation you are. All you need to have is a vision to identify it, the courage to face the challenges and a planned timing to put the things in a better way."

I always try to do the same, however sometimes I didn't get what I wanted to, but still in that case, I get a lesson - How to do it....
What life has taught me is something that I cannot just explain in words.
Yes....but every night my life just comes to my dreams and talks to me.  It just says only one thing - "If you want to soar high in the sky, even have a desire to find the limits of the so called unlimited, then move ahead,  find the good in every situation, no matter how difficult. If you refuse to turn a negative experience into a teaching moment, then you will close your mind to important lessons in life. Never miss an opportunity to learn.
